Children Sponsorship Program *By completing and submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. You consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of the child sponsorship program and understand that your information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 2. You understand that the sponsorship is a voluntary commitment. 3. You understand that the Association will make efforts to link you with a child based on your preferences; however, specific children are not guaranteed. 4. In the event that you are unable to continue your support for any reason, you agree to promptly notify the Association, providing it with sufficient advance notice to find a new sponsor to your child. 5. You understand that your contributions will be paid to the sponsored child on monthly basis. 6. You understand that a deduction of 5% of the sponsorship amount will be deducted to cover the administrative costs of running the program.
